The Prescott National Forest

Prescott is bounded on the south and west by The Prescott National Forest. Most of the neighborhoods with Ponderosa and Pinon Pines are quite limited — mostly in the south and west parts of Prescott. Most of Prescott’s growth is now to the north where there are almost no pines.

The Law of Attraction

Many buyers are attracted to Prescott by the awesome settings with pine trees and boulders, because of the "Law of Supply and demand", these values of the lots and homes in the pines fetch premium prices — IF marketed effectively.

It is a great time to sell and there are not many left.

The demand for lots and homes is high and we have a Seller’s Market. This website exists specifically to help Sellers get their property sold quickly and at the highest market price.
